Austin Broussard is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. He gained world-class consulting experience at Bain & Company, where he crafted c-suite level business strategy for Fortune 100 executives. After Bain, Austin founded a real estate investment firm, focused on identifying, financing, and repositioning underutilized single and multi-family assets. His firm is involved in both direct investment and real estate advisory services in the southeast and Midwest United States.
While maintaining his real estate engagements, Austin served as a real estate and economic development consultant with Griffin & Strong, P.C., one of the United States’ leading law and public policy consulting firms. There he advised city, county, and state governments across the country on how to promote economic development through equity in public contracting (e.g. construction, architecture, engineering, etc.).
In 2017, Austin founded a free business incubator for children (ages 6-12) to help develop the next generation of leaders. Since then, he has held weekly classes to teach real estate investing, taxes, marketing, entrepreneurship, and global affairs.
Austin is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Morehouse College, with dual bachelor’s degrees in both Finance and Spanish. As an MBA Candidate at the Yale School of Management, Austin contributes to an international network of business leaders and looks forward to developing meaningful real estate projects across the globe.
